1. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you can contact us at devapidock@outlook.com. We will notify you that your order has been shipped. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery.

All orders will be automatically processed and shipped immediately after placement. To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request within 12-24 hours of placing the order. You will receive a refund if your order has not yet been shipped. Once shipment is arranged, the order cannot be canceled.

We apologize, but we do not offer delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.

Please contact devapidock@outlook.com and provide at least one photo or video detailing the problem. Once the issue is confirmed, we will resend a new product or replace the faulty part to resolve the problem.
